Return & Refund Policy

1. 7-Day Return Policy

• Returns are accepted within 7 days of delivery.
• Products must be unused, unopened and in original packaging with all accessories.
• Used, installed, damaged or tampered products are not eligible for change-of-mind returns.

2. Imported & Pin-Packed Electronics

• Imported products and sealed electronic components are sold without warranty or guarantee unless explicitly mentioned on the product page or invoice.
• Once the original seal or packaging is opened, these products cannot be returned due to change of mind.

3. Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for safely delivering returned products to the SmartEshop warehouse.
• Return courier charges are paid by the customer.
• Original delivery charges and return courier charges are non-refundable for change-of-mind returns.

4. Damaged or Incorrect Products

• Report damaged, defective or incorrect products within 24 hours of delivery, with photos or an unboxing video.
• Such cases will be reviewed and resolved according to applicable consumer protection laws.

5. Refunds

• Refunds are processed after the returned product is received, inspected and approved.
